In Gravigny, just outside Evreux, the Saint Nicolas is concealed behind a discreet facade. The chef and owner, Claude Sauvant, does not like routine in his cooking and makes a point of regularly changing his menu, working with high quality produce and looking for new recipes to please his customers. The menu is varied and suits all budgets and there are several rooms available including a large dining room with terrace that looks out to the garden. The wine list is interesting.
