In the Pays d’Ouche in Normandy, visit a castle that dates back to the 13th century.

At the border of the Eure, the Chateau de Blanc-Buisson is a beautiful Norman medieval dwelling built in 1290 under Philip the Fair. Over the subsequent seven centuries, it has only belonged to three different families and was almost always passed down through marriage or inheritance. You will enjoy this property, which is among the last vestige of late medieval architecture in the Pays d’Ouche. The legend that evokes the presence of underground tunnels beneath the moats will arouse your curiosity... Every year in spring, an association of enthusiasts, which includes the owners of the place and local inhabitants, organises cultural events to bring back to life this 700 hundred year old heritage site!

The Chateau now also accommodates seminars, events and stays offering the possibility to book the chateau and sleep on site. Member of the "Bienvenue en Normandie" (Welcome to Normandy) network.
