In Bourg-Achard in the Eure, 20 kilometres (12 miles) away from Rouen, the Amandier promises to treat your taste buds in its recently renovated setting with shades of grey and subtle touches of orange. Bétrice and Frédéric Boyer, who have been at the helm of the restaurant for 22 years, have made it a renowned place for its refined cuisine. There are two menus that change every week and if you like surprises, go for the "Balade Gourmande" (Gourmet Tour) menu, you won't be disappointed!

Cooking classes, takeaway, etc., the chef stretches his imagination when it comes to satisfying your appetite. Good to know: on sunny days have a drink or coffee on the pretty wooden terrace, it is so comfortable!
